This custom solution was developed for a client who is managing a large number of UniFi sites and who wanted to send out a monthly PDF report to their customers showing how their network has been performing together with some metrics from their Zendesk Service Management system.
These reports needed to be sent out each month in a consistent and automated fashion, saving a lot of time creating reports manually while also demonstrating their innovative character.
For this, we developed a custom reporting solution and it does exactly what the client requested, and a bit more…
• consistent reports for the clients delivered to their email address in PDF format within an hour after month-end
• no manual intervention required once a customer site has been added to the solution
