We use the NLdigital Terms that have been deposited by NLdigital at the District Court Midden-Nederland, location Utrecht, the Netherlands.
In the event of disputes concerning the interpretation of the English version of the NLdigital Terms, the Dutch text takes precedence.
NLdigital is the trade association for ICT and telecom companies in the Netherlands.
